The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Exhibition Archive allows visitors to browse and search more than 20 years of exhibitions. Project descriptions include photographs of the installations along with a list of contents from the museum's archival holdings. Visitors can browse by thumbnail and year, or they can conduct full text searches.

The project descriptions, installation views, and contents of the exhibitions are all pulled into the Exhibition Archive site from standard Encoded Archival Description (EAD) files written in XML. MOCA uploads these files through a web-based Content Management System (CMS), making it easy to modify or add new exhibitions to the archives.
