Ideum is adding an additional 5,000 square feet of production space. This new addition will allow us to expand the production of our popular 55″ multitouch tables and touch walls. Our interactive displays are the only ones available in 4K UHD with 3M projected capacitive touch technology. The new space will come on line in February and coincide with the release of a new 65″ 3M display that will be available through our entire touch table product line. The “official” announcement of the new 65″ display will happen toward the end of this month!

The new production space will not only allow us to increase the production of our popular 3M interactive touch displays, but it will also allow us to expand our dedicated QA testing area and improve support. Back in the summer of 2014, we added the Prototyping and Usability Lab into mix.  The products that were designed there are now fueling this next phase of expansion.

This photo from last week shows the southwest corner of the new production studio space completely gutted. The new floor and ceiling are going in soon.


The space in November as the demolition was underway.

We will be hosting an open house in February once the space comes on line. We will post more details as the remodeling continues.
